WHEN SHOULD I SCHEDULE THE SESSION?
Maternity Sessions are typically taken between 32-34 weeks of pregnancy. It is recommended to book your session during your second trimester if possible to reserve your time. No worries if have passed that mark, Cassie has captured maternity session days before the birth of their child. It's never too late! Cassie will do everything possible to accommodate any late bookings if there is space in her schedule. Contact Cassie using the contact form and she will make every attempt to schedule you.
CAN WE DO FAMILY IMAGES?
Absolutely! You are not only welcoming baby into this world, you are welcoming them into your family! It is important to include them into your babies journey!
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
If you have a beautiful maternity gown that you would love to bring, you may. I do have a smaller selection of maternity gowns in studio to use as well. We also have fabrics that can be wrapped around your silhouette to beautifully showcase your belly.
WHAT IF I DO NOT FEEL BEAUTIFUL?
It’s completely natural to have moments during pregnancy where you don’t feel your best, and that’s okay! Pregnancy can bring about physical changes that may feel uncomfortable at times, but remember—your body is doing something extraordinary. You’re growing a new life, and that in itself is incredibly powerful and beautiful. In a maternity session, we focus on capturing your radiance, strength, and the bond you're already creating with your baby.
As a maternity photographer in Colorado Springs, my goal is to make you feel comfortable, confident, and celebrated. WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
I would recommenced bringing black and nude underwear if possible. Here at Cassie Christiansen Photography we provide a small client wardrobe with some beautiful maternity dresses.
